Who's The Boss?

Listen to "Who's The Boss?" by Greg Sidders, Sunday, 09-24-17

In your relationship with Jesus, who's the boss?

This Sunday at White Pine, we will be studying together a passage of Scripture (Mark 1:14-45) in which Jesus acts kind of, well, bossy. But this passage also teaches us things about Jesus that make His authority attractive rather than offensive.

I hope you will come, with your "one", to see why Jesus is the best boss you'll ever have.

He Was One of Us

Listen to "He Was One of Us" by Greg Sidders, Sunday, 09-17-17

Which do you find harder to believe: that Jesus was 100% God or that He was 100% human?

If both are true, then Jesus is not just worthy of adoration; He is also worthy of imitation.

This Sunday at White Pine, we are going to see how Jesus the Man faced the very same kind of temptations we face, because by watching how He won His battles we will learn how we can win ours.

Who Were You Expecting?

Listen to "Who Were You Expecting?" by Greg Sidders, Sunday, 09-10-17

Being a Christian is not about embracing a religion or affirming a creed. It's not about conforming to a code or belonging to a club. No, being a Christian is about following a person--Jesus.

So how well do you know Jesus?

This Sunday at White Pine, we are embarking on a quest to know Jesus as He really is, through a verse-by-verse study of the most brief and fast-paced of the biblical biographies of Jesus, the Gospel of Mark. No matter how well you think you know Jesus now, you will know Him better as you listen to Mark tell His story.
